How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the US.

2-day shipping is available for orders upon request within the US. Fees will be calculated at checkout. For next-day order requests please email support@ocaiden.com with the subject line “RUSH ORDER” and if available shipping fees will be provided.

Our standard fulfillment time applies to all O’Caiden orders, including next-day and 2-day orders.

Additional fees will apply for orders outside of the US and international orders. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

When will my order be processed?

*Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.*

Most O’Caiden clothing and accessory orders, including 2-day and other expedited shipping methods, typically ship within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after an order has been placed.

During times of high order volume, fulfillment time may be extended.*

You may be asked to verify additional information if your order has been flagged in the system. We are not responsible for additional delays if an order has been flagged.

 

What carriers do you use? 

We currently ship O’Caiden orders with USPS, UPS, and DHL. The shipping method and carrier will be determined by O’Caiden based on the order contents and shipping address.

How long does shipping take? 

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Cumming, GA 30041. Packages are shipped after they have been fulfilled. Most orders take 2-5 business days to be fulfilled. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 12 noon ET will begin processing the next business day. For orders within the United States, transit time can be between 7-10 business days after carrier pickup. The 2-day delivery time is 2 business days, and next-day delivery is 1 business day. International orders can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the country.

Please note that occasional carrier delays may occur and are out of our control. O’Caiden does not guarantee shipping or delivery dates, as these are just estimates. O’Caiden is not responsible for any packages lost or delayed in the mail system, as well as orders lost or unreceived resulting from address entry errors made by a customer.

O’Caiden is not responsible for any charges upon delivery due to forwarding addresses. Unfortunately, once placed, orders cannot be edited.

 

International Shipping 

We ship to the US, Mexico, and Canada. We ship international orders via DHL. There is no tracking provided beyond the US postal system and international packages may take 2-8 weeks to arrive depending on the country.

The customer is responsible for any additional fees that may apply once it arrives in your country (taxes, tariffs, duties, customs, etc.). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

*Due to high shipping expenses, all international orders are final and cannot be returned for any reason.

 

Where can I track my order?

You will receive your tracking number via email shortly after your order ships. Due to carrier delays, please allow up to 10 business days for your package to scan in transit.

 

What do I do if my package says delivered but I have not yet received it? 

If you did not receive your package, please confirm the shipping address and check other possible locations around the delivery area where the package could’ve been dropped or received by someone else.

Packages are sometimes prematurely marked as delivered by carriers. We ask that you wait up to 3 business days after the package is marked as delivered. If the package doesn’t arrive after 3 business days, please reach out to us no later than 10 days after delivery and we will find a solution.
