Overview
We are more than happy to help you with your return/exchange. Our refund and returns policy last 30 days for full refunds and 60 days for an exchange or store credit. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
To be eligible for a full return, your items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment error on our part. Please email support@ocaiden.com to set up a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ocaiden.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please email support@ocaiden.com to set up a return.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment error on our part. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
When returning items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Manufacturing Defects
O’Caiden prides itself on providing high-quality products, exercising a relentless focus on the details of all our products, and making sure they conform to the highest quality standards in the industry. However, there are very rare cases where a faulty product makes it past quality control on our end.
If an unworn product has a manufacturing defect, we will allow 45 days from the date of purchase. If you experience any quality issues outside of normal wear and tear, please email your order number and a picture of the defective item to support@ocaiden.com.
Areas not covered by our warranty:
- Normal wear and tear (pilling, wear holes, snags on the fabric)
- Shrinkage
- Accidental damage resulting from customer use
- Stains from customer use, including improper washing or use
Areas that are covered by our warranty include:
- Buttons
- Button Holes
- Sewn seams and stitching
